Faactopi is the industrial platform that empowers startups and established companies to bring hardware products to market and to scale their industrial means and operations faster, smarter and safer.
In this early startup phase, I am leading the enlarged sales activities, from strategic marketing to contract closing, going through operational marketing, business development, sales engagement and quotation, and account management, while building the foundations of our sales processes, tools and organization.
During the 4 critical years of launch of the JV (Michelin/Forvia), and in a context of hypergrowth strongly driven by innovation, I was in charge of all the Business Development activities on all market segments and all Hydrogen Fuel Cell product lines (Direct report to Comex).
Activites and achievements include:
Building and executing Sales strategy, exploring and assessing new market and H2 uses cases (Market Planning), defining and building the best product offer (Product Planning), creating sales value proposal
Securing multiple H2 fuel cell program wins on all targeted market segments (LCV, Truck, Bus and off-road) with leading OEMs
Managed a team of 2 Account Managers and 1 Sales coordinator
Ensured the Order Intake and profitability of the Electronics & ADAS division (direct report) with PSA Groupe, on a global base (300M€/year sales perimeter - 2nd largest Customer Account of the division) and on all Product Portfolios: Camera, Radar, Lidar, Central Domain ECU and Passive Safety

Business extension through ADAS Wave 2.x Program extension for >650M€ lifetime sales
Sales Lead for the global ADAS Wave 2.x Project for Camera, Radar and AEB & ACC Functions as Turn Key supplier
Account Management: Improvement of the Account profitability by >9% points
Ensured the Order Intake and profitability of the Camera Product Portfolio within the Electronics & ADAS division with PSA Groupe, on a global base (200M€/year sales perimeter)

Ensured the Order Intake and profitability of Valeo Compressors Product Group with Renault-Nissan and PSA OEM accounts, on a global base (>200M€/year sales perimeter)

PSA PHEV & BEV: Order Intake > 150M€ and first award of Valeo Group for its first electrically driven scroll compressor
Managed an international and multi-site team of 3 Account Managers
Ensured the Sales & Marketing management of Valeo Compressors Product Group with Commercial/Industrial vehicles OEM and Automotive Aftermarket accounts (OES & IAM) on the EMEAR region (20M€/year sales perimeter)
