About Me
I help organisations deliver customer value, user adoption and employee satisfaction in digital transformations. Combining agile and change management principles, I can drive multiple transformation tracks in parallel — aligning people, processes, and technology. My data-driven approach uses metrics to measure adoption and feedback loops to continuously reduce resistance and improve satisfaction. I’ve supported diverse clients in different sectors in their digital transformation, quickly absorbing complex contexts and delivering results that matter while embracing ambiguity and uncertainty.
Having worked across multiple transformation tracks in complex, distributed contexts, I thrive in environments where agility, structure, and empathy must coexist.
