Within the marketing team of Opel France : Design and implementation of commercial actions, aimed at achieving the brand's objectives in terms of volume, margin, prices, and market share across various channels (B2C & B2B).
Evaluation of the financial impact, profitability, and pricing of proposed actions.
Coordination of the communication and marketing teams on commercial actions.
Deployment of commercial action plans to the network and field teams (Business Coaches, Regional Directors, B2B).
Measurement of ROI and monitoring of the effectiveness of commercial actions.
Management of sales performance and pricing for the DS range in the UK, Austria, and Benelux NSCs (+various importers).
Development of the range and pricing/product strategy based on brand objectives (volumes, market share, profitability) and market specificities (technical constraints, taxation, competition...).
Market analysis to understand the needs of premium customers and the competitive landscape, then adaptation of positioning and offers accordingly.
Synthesis of countries requirements to the product teams, prior to new launches and during product lifecycle (product updates, equipment standardization, engine introduction/discontinuation, limited editions, facelifts...).
19-month field experience including a one-month onboarding period at headquarters (Poissy), followed by various operational assignments at dealerships across the Alsace region for the Peugeot, Citroën, and DS Automobiles brands:
