With more than 15 years of experience in the digital printing industry (High volume inkjet press), I work for the Xerox engineering support service based in the south of France. I am the main technical interfaces for the Xerox technical teams. My work consists in assisting the field service teams in order to minimise the system break down and optimize the quality of our products.
Providing technical support on printing systems in oder to minimise the machines breakdown.
Providing the first level on maintenance on various printing systems.
Technical skills on : IMAJE printing systems (continuous ink jet technologie) VIDEOJET printing systems (continuous ink jet technologie) LINX printing systems (continuous ink jet technologie)
Customer production starting and final product quality control.
Providing and validating Golden Jobs to the customer.
