In this position, I am responsible of group of 7 teams with 60 engineers over France, United States and India.
This group is responsible of the development support activities for the 4000+ engineers working on Amadeus Altea Suite, Amadeus Reservation System, Web and Mobile applications.
The mission of this group is to provide tools, governance, processes, services and support during all phases of development activities (coding, testing, releasing, design, ...) for C++ , Java, Web and Mobile developers.

Personal Activities: • Service organization and rationalization • Internal consultant for security • Contributor in development transformation streams to rationalize software engineering tools and methodology in Amadeus • Project Management on several IT Projects
Teams Activities: • Administration, Training & Support for Software Configuration Management systems • Support of the development environment for +4000 developers • Development of the build frameworks for C++, Java, Web and Mobile projects • Development & Improvement of the build factory using Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar • Manage and provide test environments for the different development cycle phases (Development, Integration, Qualification, User Acceptance Tests, Customer Validation Tests) for Java and Mobile applications • Design, maintain and implement custom load tools in Java/J2EE. • Coordination for production patches and packages
