- Member of HPE's Real Time Collaboration Center (RTCC) Level 2 HyperConverged "SimpliVity" Team.
- Resolving complex and business critical issues that are reported to me either by partners or our Level 0 and Level 1 Support, or partners
- Remote deploying and installing of HPE's Hyperconverged solution "SimpliVity"
- Collaborating with our Level 3 and R&D teams in order to resolve issues with minimal or non-existant downtime
- Training new hires and new team members.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Vmware and Hyperconverged products deployment and upgrade operations
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to environments that run under VMware, Linux, and Windows
- Gestion des tickets liés aux produits HPE tels que: SimpliVity, StoreVirtual, les serveurs ProLiant, baies 3PAR, StoreOnce, MSA, EVA, etc.
Managing support tickets related to HPE Products such as but not limited to : HPE Simplivity, HPE StoreVirtual, HPE ProLiant Servers, HPE 3PAR Storage, Storeonce, MSA, EVA, and more.
