    Worship Ministry Oversight:
    • Harvest Bible Chapel 2003-2008 - Leading and Managing a team of 8 full time employees and over 100 volunteers toward production of worship services on 4 campuses across the Chicago suburbs. Oversight of all creative content of every service, including Worship Leaders, Bands, Production, Choirs, Lights, Video and Sound.
    • Oversight of the design / build of a 7200 seat auditorium with a 1.3 million dollar light, video, and sound budget.
    • Executive Production of a 12,000 person Easter Celebration Event

    Worship Leading:
    • Wheaton Bible Church, Harvest Bible Chapel: Extensive Stu-Min leading
    • Harvest Bible Chapel: Main Leader for 5 years
    • The Grove Bible Church: Intermittent leading while serving as Assoc. Pastor
    • Moody’s Pastor Conference: Main leader for 3 years (1200 pastors)
    • Walk in the Word: led at Nights of Worship and Word all over N. America
    • Downpour: Led worship and was a creative content producer for Lifeway’s touring stadium conference on revival. Featuring Beth Moore, Crawford Loritts, Joe Stowell, and James MacDonald (up to 5000 in attendance)

    Worship Training:
