Maintain, manage, and acquire over $2 million in donor relationships.
Lead, oversee and develop CURE's Church Engagement Team which includes strategy identification, goal setting, metrics and evaluation.
Provide input, plan, develop and implement vision to appropriately represent CURE to our friends at events.
Develop systems and metrics to track the Development Team's engagement and efficiency with CURE's donors to support best practices and effectiveness.
Leverage a large relational network to promote and represent CURE.
Ensure that Church Engagement is carried out in keeping with CURE's values, mission, and vision.
Oversee the supervision of a direct report which includes church relationship planning and strategy, problem resolution, evaluating performance and casting vision for productivity.
Provide input into stewarding resources to maximize the efficiency of donor engagement.
