Oversight of all adult ministries. Including small groups, assimilation, community groups (men's,women's, newly married, etc.), and two full time Staff.
Oversight of the worship department, creative content of services, and part time worship staff.
Development and implementation of vision and values for both adult ministries and worship (i.e.designed and implemented a new assimilation process for the church)
