Maintain, manage, and acquire over $2 million in donor relationships.
Lead, oversee and develop CURE's Church Engagement Team which includes strategy identification, goal setting, metrics and evaluation.
Provide input, plan, develop and implement vision to appropriately represent CURE to our friends at events.
Develop systems and metrics to track the Development Team's engagement and efficiency with CURE's donors to support best practices and effectiveness.

Oversee the supervision of a direct report which includes church relationship planning and strategy, problem resolution, evaluating performance and casting vision for productivity.
Provide input into stewarding resources to maximize the efficiency of donor engagement.
Oversight of all adult ministries. Including small groups, assimilation, community groups (men's,women's, newly married, etc.), and two full time Staff.
Oversight of the worship department, creative content of services, and part time worship staff.
Development and implementation of vision and values for both adult ministries and worship (i.e.designed and implemented a new assimilation process for the church)
Leading and Oversight of all Adult ministries including Men’s, Women’s, Assimilation, Small groups, Counseling, Shepherding, and Discipleship programs.
Executive oversight of Children’s Ministry, Youth, and all Admins.
Oversight of Finance, Human Resources, Budgets, and spending by the church.
Spear-headed the development of the three core values of The Grove: Love God, Grow Together, Serve the World, and how they could be applied in each sub-ministry.
Helped create "Live Love Records" by setting up a new studio and recording an album for the band "Safe Haven".
Creative Development and Implementation of a new website for the church.
Worship Pastor – led the Worship Department of 8 employees including all worship leaders and support staff, volunteers, service planning, lights, video, sound, choir, record label, and worship services on our 4 campuses.
Harvest Bible Fellowship – Placement, formation and direction to the worship pastors in our churches across North America.
Various worship leading and teaching at conferences like Straight Up, Downpour, Moody Pastors Conference, and Harvest University.
Started a record label "Harvest Songs" that produced over 8 albums of original artists and live worship for our churches.
Jr. High Pastor / Student Ministries Pastor (1998-02) – Oversight and development of programs and staff that challenged students to Love God and Love Others with all they had, the last two years in student ministries I was promoted to oversight of both Jr. High and High School.
