Mon domaine de compétence principal est la performance en environnement hautement distribué. Les architectures que je maîtrise sont les GPUs, les multicoeurs ou manycore (MIC).
J'ai participé à la conception d'une architecture pour le parallélisme et à sa mise en place dans plusieurs codes pré-existants (solveurs neutronique MINOS et MINARET du projet APOLLO3 notamment) avec expérimentations sur plus de 30000 coeurs.
Plus récemment, je suis référent sir l'activité grilles de calcul utilisant notamment les technologies GridServer (Datasynapse) et Symphony.
Mes compétences m'amènent souvent à participer à lé résolution de problèmes de performances sur applications séquentielles ou distribuées.
NVIDIA engineers and The Portland Group present a tutorial on programming GPUs using the newly available OpenACC compilers and CUDA for scientific and engineering tasks. OpenACC directives allow developers to make simple and portable code changes, enabling an easier migration to accelerated computing.
