- Translate operational needs into internal business solutions, defining requirements, workflows, data structures and automation opportunities across Power Platform, Python and SQL.
- Design internal Power Platform applications supporting operational processes such as coaching, assessment and training, including role-based access, validation workflows, notifications and reporting.
- Drive solution initiatives with a high level of autonomy, from requirements analysis and prototyping to stakeholder validation, implementation, documentation and continuous improvement.
- Provide IT support and technical troubleshooting, while managing user access, permissions and client controls in line with security, authorization and data-protection requirements.
