Interpret staff rules to determine benefits due to staff members joining the Bank;
Coordinate with others Human Resources Management department divisions;
Process payment of installation allowance for the eligible staff;
Communicate with staff and ensure they understand the status of their payments;
Raise payment vouchers for payments of assumption of duty benefits and departures;
Process requests of staff members for Education advance payments justifications
Communicate and Drafting correspondence to staff relating to Education benefits;
Administer Leave entitlements and Generation of leave quotas;
Administer of holidays calendars Maternity leave and Sick;
Process requests for Salary Advances;
Check and clear all Staff lease agreements to mitigate Bank liability;
Provide Advice and guidance to IRS on policy;
Administer Cost of Living Adjustment, Hardship Allowance, housing;
Check and reconcile all benefits in accordance with Service Level
Agreements.
