On substantial completion of construction activities, Contractor mobilizes its commissioning team to initiate pre-commissioning activities in a phased manner.
The objective of pre-commissioning is to ensure that the pipeline as well all the facilities have been completed according to the Project Specifications and that commissioning and operation will take place safely and effectively.
Also during the pre-commissioning should be verified that all the relevant data with the commissioning of the pipeline has been received and that the commissioning procedure is presented and discussed with all personnel involved.
Another important aspect which has to be verified during this procedure is that all the necessary drawings, technical information, and O & M manuals have been received and that the operating plan has been existing .
Pre-commissioning may therefore be defined as all the checks that are to be completed prior to commissioning being permitted to commence.
In addition of the above information is to update in parallel Icaps logiciel ( Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) in order to commissioning will commence
Offshore Rotation since february 2016

- Ensuring effective integration of all stakeholders involved with all Development Department activities
- Ensuring a cost effective integration between different packages/contractors and between surface and subsurface facilities activities
- Interface responsibility definition
  Technical integrity of interfaces
  Effective interface management and control including their relevant activities, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes, if any
- Assuring technical cooperation in the team and with contractors in order to minimize technical and economical risks
-Leasing with all technical managers in order to assure the alignment and consistency of technical designs
- Assuring interface status reports (including progress status and identification of concerns and highlight areas)
-Managing meetings, as necessary, between different contractors in order to reduce technical and economical risks, negotiating the best resolution of interface discrepancy, if any
- Ensuring that all interfaces of the assigned project are adequately defined and controlled.
-Supporting the preparation of the field development strategy, the risk register and the relevant mitigation strategy to address identified uncertainties.
- Providing support to establish project procedures and policies in accordance to OPDS handbook.
-Coordinating the preparation of the necessary certificates to obtain the hand-over to the production department for the assigned project.
- Coordinating the preparation of detailed project and phases close-out reports for the assigned project.

CoGa Project - Replacement of approximately 40 flexible pipelines in platforms in Gabon and Congo. It includes procurement and transportation of flexibles, platform topsides/ riser modifications, topsides spools, onshore fabrication works, marine installation of I-tubes, flexibles, Hot Taps, underwater structures, etc. and commissioning of the lines.
Execution phase involves numerous offshore platforms and SIMOPS operations.

My mission is to do the coordination with the vendor and validate the documentation

Faire la coordination avec les fournisseurs des équipements afin de nous fournir leurs documentations
Valider leurs documents ( procedures d'installation, procedures des soudures, procédures des tes de non destruction, les rapports des tests, les notes de calculs, HSE, etc ..)
Réaliser un document finale pour chaque fournisseur, en compilant les documents faites par le fournisseurs en respectant les procédures fixer par technip et total

The project with SOLIOS CARBON was the realization of a anodes factory in Saudi Arabia. Anodes are used to make the redox reaction to convert the alumina to aluminum .

My job is to organize equipment manufacturing priorities (storage silos , racks, conveyors , pipes and ducts) and structures .

My job includes checking the lists of expeditions structures and nomenclatures isometric

And the interface and arbitration between the site and the contractors for deliveries and invoicing. This monitoring was done on software that serves as an interface and cooperation between the contractors , the site and offices . It also allows us to even the progress of the project.

Lecture des plans et faire l’études sur ce la relation établit entre les bureaux, le site et les sous traitant, ainsi qu’une étude sur le procédés mis en cours pour la fabrication des électrodes
Vérification de tout les plans et les commentaires des clients, tout en vérifiant le calcul des dimensionnements.
Vérification de tous les calculs faite sur Excel
Vérification des contraintes et les spécifications données par le client et signé sur le contrat
Vérifications du calcul des masses de tous les équipements, des pipes, tout les profilés des structures, qui aide à faire la facturation qui est payé au poids.
Suivi de fabrication et la livraison sur site tout en gérant la priorité de fabrication des pièces, en prenant en compte l’ordre et l’importance de montage sur site. En faisant la coopération entre le site et le sous traitant, en utilisant le logiciel sur internet
Suivi détaillé du sous traitant qui a permis de gérer les priorités pour éviter les arrêts chantier malgré le retard de fabrication.
