I'm currently working for the Barclays bank in Geneva as "Cyber & Information Security Manager".
My precedent experience as "Service Desk Analyst" allows me to improve my IT user services skills and also to get a better understanding of the banking environment.

1- Data Loss Protection service ownership administration (Symantec DLP):
o Administer the DLP Swiss infrastructure, including planning and implementation of upgrades, installation and testing of Disaster recovery, patching, remediating vulnerabilities etc… o Be the main point of contact of third party service provider in case of issue or enhancement request. o Work closely with the IT teams to make sure the platform operates at best. o Setup, tuning and testing of policies and controls.
2- Data Loss Protection Incident Management (DLP):
o Participate in daily alert review activities: investigate alerts, applying data management controls and procedures. o Apply local procedure in case of data loss incidents. o Provide general advice and guidance around data loss prevention to business users, including remediation of process issues as identified through monitoring alerts. o Lead local DLP related Forum. o Work with local Legal, Compliance, HR and other key stakeholders as appropriate. o Help transferring knowledge and support around DLP BAU activities.
3- Logical Access Management (LAM) and Chief Security Office activities (CSO) as a backup:
o Help support the Logical Access: Management activities as backup, including access request review and alert remediation within the Access Control Monitoring tool (Saviynt). o Annual Identity & Access recertifications. o Help support the Chief Security Office activities (CyberArk & PowerBroker), including break glass access management.
4- Training & Awareness:
o Assist with the creation and delivery of trainings and awareness programs on Cyber & Information Security controls and policies.
IAM (Identity Access Management): User access management of banking applications. The goal is to provide, amend or revoke access rights for Swiss, UK, EMEA & APAC users. This in order to ensure we keep an high level of security access.
