Detailed Description
  • Since 2001, Stanchion has supported the implementation and management of payment environments and card applications for retailers, banks, credit unions, card schemes, payment processors and payment systems around the world. Stanchion gives clients the foresight they need, not only to implement and manage new and existing payments systems but to predict what is happening next. It provides clients with the technology, expertise and support needed to ensure high performance, availability and total system integrity.

    As Operations Manager, it is my responsibility to provide the link between the sales and technical support for our customers and to ensure that operational excellence of the department is maintained through efficient process design and implementation, as well as accurate budget draughting and forecasting.

    Fulfilling these responsibilities requires a technical understanding of the payments environment, and by managing and reporting on Production Services activity to the business and the customers. Furthermore, I provide operational recommendations to our customers based on industry standards and best practices, and Improve/Optimise activities and processes in line with the business objectives for the department.
