Over the past 6 years, I have established operational and support teams, as well as define and implement the guiding Service and Operational Level agreements associated with them. I am proficient at solving complex operational challenges through effective process design and optimisation and believe that the operational process is a living entity that needs to adapt its framework to suit the strategic business needs of the organisation.
