I am a self-driven, highly analytical individual who functions well in both a team oriented as well as an individual milieu. I have an innate ability to analyse my environment, and in doing so classify and overcome complex obstacles in said environments.

I have had the luxury of being surrounded by some brilliant minds during my professional career, both from a senior and junior perspective, and have taken the opportunity to attain any knowledge they were willing to share.

I am a firm believer in knowledge sharing for strategic effectiveness and believe that your human resources are by far your most valuable assets.

Over the past 6 years, I have established operational and support teams, as well as define and implement the guiding Service and Operational Level agreements associated with them. I am proficient at solving complex operational challenges through effective process design and optimisation and believe that the operational process is a living entity that needs to adapt its framework to suit the strategic business needs of the organisation.
