Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
Deal with reservations by phone, e-mail, letter, fax, face-to-face and through the diff erent booking platforms
Collect payments from guests, prepare their bills
Answer to guest comments and ratings in TrustYou platform
Look for any possible mistakes in the entries made during each shift and rectify them by using the receipts issued if it is necessary
Nightshifts (Responsible for closing out the financial books of the hotel at the end of each business day, auditing all guest information from the day and creating a completed report for management by the next morning)
Housekeeping: -clean and maintain the hotel -customer laundry
Waitressing: -Breakfast and dinner service -Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area -Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff, serve food and drinks
Cooking: -Preliminary preparations of the food (peeling and cutting of the vegetables, meat cutting...) -Cooking Process
