Trains new hires and provides ongoing training to all representatives in operations
Constantly communicates with clients, Operations and Quality Team regarding updates and critical information needed to ensure all representatives have information needed to function as LCRs.
Responsible for coaching New Hire Agents with account specific guidelines and goals
Attends Training meetings to enhance the Training Environment, experience and tools.
Attends Quality Calibration, client meetings to incorporate knowledge of Training Materials
Coordinates with Work Force and Operations for any training initiatives.
Sends completion reports for any client initiatives
Assists in New Hire and login reactivation requests
