At this role I had the opportunity to lead and supervise a food startup.
One of my responsibilities was to help the manager to select, train and provide performance feedback to employees to ensure that the company's guidelines and business objectives were met and also provide better customer service.
Troubleshooting was also my responsibility. Promptly resolving issues such as call outs, food & beverage inventory, back orders, or any other daily concerns that may happen, driving amazing results and delivering in the expected timeline
Made the balance of daily income and expenses, and analyze the source of revenue.
