Organisational Restructuring in all aspects from adapting new programs to changing the Executive Board Structure as well as Middle Management and basically changing and re-innovating operations processes.
Adapting Change Management in order to deal with the transition and transformation of our Local Committee's goals, strategies and processes.
My ultimate goal was to ensure long term sustainable growth and implement strategic thinking and how to break things down in order to spot when and what to change, to improve, to eliminate or to adapt and in what area.
AIESEC Bardo is one of the 11 local committees in AIESEC Tunisia. Leading as the first Local Committee in terms of overall exchange experiences provided and scale of operations nationally as well as ranking first in various products globally.
