I worked in a multicultural team supporting European SMEs and institutions in business development abroad and cross-border operations such as: • support for internationalization, market analysis and market entry for 10+ companies. • integration of the supply chain and research of commercial partners in Germany. • communication and marketing campaigns. Moreover, I was selected to assist the CEO in: • prosecuting the company’s restructuring launched in 2016, contributing to decrease operating costs by a further 15%. • revising the corporate strategy to face the economic impact of the CoVid-19 pandemic. • preparing ITKAM’s financial statements for 2019 and ITKAM’s business plan for 2020.
