In the academic year of 2012-2014, I completed my IT Diploma at the IT University of Copenhagen, culminating in a thesis titled "Business Case for Enterprise Architecture (EA)" with a grade of 7.
Throughout my studies, I excelled in various master-level courses within Business IT, including :"Enterprise Architecture" with a focus on implementation in a small business (grade: 10), "Business and Management" covering classical business theories and models (grade: 12), "Business Process Management (BPM)" (grade: 12), and "Business Case" studies (grade: 10). I also achieved distinction in "IT Project Management" and an "Academic Project," both part of the diploma courses, receiving grades of 12 and 10 respectively.

BECOMING also equipped me with the ability to enhance team flow and job satisfaction, while improving the capacity to stay calm and clear-headed in high-pressure situations.

I have completed the iSQI® Agile Business Analyst course, which represents a valuable competence in the field of business analysis within an agile context. Through this course, I have gained a solid understanding of the fundamental principles behind the agile approach to software development, as well as in-depth knowledge of the business analyst's role in agile environments. I have acquired practical skills in applying business analysis in agile projects, including effective analysis techniques, estimation, and planning. Furthermore, I have developed the ability to facilitate sprint reviews and contribute to ongoing process improvements through retrospectives. This course has strengthened my competencies and qualifications in business analysis within agile contexts.
My participation in the Guidewire Claim Center Business Analyst course represents a crucial competence in the field of business analysis in the insurance industry. This course has equipped me with an in-depth understanding of the Claim Center software and its application in the insurance sector.
