  • As an Availability Leader, I develop and implement a local availability policy to optimize stock management, ensuring efficiency through supply diagnosis and strategic execution. I pilot sport growth locally by analyzing performance metrics, improving sales forecasts, and influencing signed sports purchases to enhance inventory planning. My role also involves boosting stock efficiency by reacting to trade uncertainties, managing distribution, and supporting local supply gestures to maintain stock lifetime and availability. Additionally, I optimize store openings by coordinating retail and logistics processes, managing allocation quantities, and ensuring a seamless launch. I actively interact with key stakeholders, including retail countries, commercial directors, suppliers, demand planners, logistic managers, store managers, and the super user team. Furthermore, I am part of the project team for the deployment of the F&R tool for our franchised stores, enabling automatic order generation based on sales history to optimize replenishment and ensure an efficient stock dispatch, maintaining stock lifetime and the availability rate of Decathlon products in stores.
  • In my role overseeing the annual demand and supply operations for Racket Sports (Tennis & Table Tennis) with a turnover exceeding 7 million euros yearly in the Indian Ocean zone, spanning 35 stores across 12 countries, I have developed accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors. I analyze sales trends and customer behavior, utilizing forecasting software and tools to generate precise predictions. I assess the potential impact of new products on existing inventory and adjust forecasts accordingly, optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock. I monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment orders as needed, and collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination between demand and supply. By identifying and assessing potential risks to demand forecasts and staying informed about industry best practices and emerging trends, I regularly review and refine demand planning processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. I communicate demand forecasts and related information effectively to internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on demand planning performance and key metrics. I track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning accuracy and inventory levels, and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet performance targets.
  • As the leader of the Planning Project for all Inbound and Outbound Operations across the company's various sites (Freeport Zones & Airport), I have successfully implemented a personalized planning system for one of the company's top five clients. This system, developed through SharePoint, tracks their entire supply chain activities from customs formalities to stock at import, and from order preparation through to export. I have also been responsible for the implementation of MFD’s Intranet using SharePoint (Outlook 365), and for maintaining the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure its efficient operation. Additionally, I participated in the implementation of the company's Online Tracking system, providing innovative solutions and ideas to enhance system functionality and client access. In my supervisory role, I oversee a team of two Supply Chain Coordinators, ensuring the smooth execution of Inbound and Outbound operations and providing operational team support to maintain effective system processes.
  • I was responsible for the planning, daily management, and reporting of logistics functions, ensuring adherence to domestic and international compliance policies and procedures. I mentored a team of two Supply Planners in the supply chain planning process and supervised both inbound and outbound traffic. This included managing the buying and delivery process of goods and services, and the placement and delivery of purchase orders on behalf of clients of MFD. Additionally, I prepared management reports, analyzed statistical data, and developed and maintained strong client relationships to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. I maintained the warehouse management system (Reflex by Hardis Group) and monitored procurement, transport, warehouse, and administration activities. Furthermore, I addressed customer inquiries and provided proactive information regarding their current shipments.
  • In the management of pension schemes, I performed day-to-day administration duties related to both pension schemes and life insurance policies. My responsibilities included calculating pension forecasts, preparing benefit statements, and ensuring the accurate maintenance and servicing of new and existing customers' policies. I provided comprehensive administrative support by answering inquiries via telephone, post, and email, compiling and maintaining records in the computer system, preparing invoices for sponsoring employers, and maintaining continuous communication with various sponsoring employers to ensure proper follow-up with members of the pension schemes. Additionally, I processed pension contributions, managed the transfer of benefits to other pension providers when customers changed employers, and arranged the payment of pensions and lump sums.
