I was responsible for the planning, daily management, and reporting of logistics functions, ensuring adherence to domestic and international compliance policies and procedures. I mentored a team of two Supply Planners in the supply chain planning process and supervised both inbound and outbound traffic. This included managing the buying and delivery process of goods and services, and the placement and delivery of purchase orders on behalf of clients of MFD. Additionally, I prepared management reports, analyzed statistical data, and developed and maintained strong client relationships to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. I maintained the warehouse management system (Reflex by Hardis Group) and monitored procurement, transport, warehouse, and administration activities. Furthermore, I addressed customer inquiries and provided proactive information regarding their current shipments.
