- FR e-commerce country lead since October 19 :
• Constitution and coordination of a structure to manage e-commerce transformation in FR : FR e-commerce steerco (MD), FR e-commerce project sponsor (MD Marketing FR) and FR e-commerce core team (Managers)
- • FR Retail increase
- o FR lead of the TNT FR retail partner change Relais Colis -> Mondial Relay. Preparation and Coordination with FedEx : IT, OPS, CE, Sales, Legal, Purchasing, and Mondial Relay project team. Switch done full charge (10k ppd) in Feb 21 for all services (DTR / ARTH / RTH / Drop off) and involving 98 stations, 60 customer service agents and 12000 B2C Shippers
- o FedEx International: Project management to enable RTH coverage increase for TOP 8 FedEx Domestic stations
- • FR FDMi improvements
- o FR QAT lead for CDO compliance (OPS & CE): +20 pts in CDO Compliance in a year
- o Project lead for the integration of FDMi CDO instructions in TNT DOM BAU processes and systems
- • FR Launch of the new FICP product P&E coordination
- FR Field P&E engineer from October 18 to September 19
- • FR Lead for the launch of a top priority B2C customer with Direct infeed DE FR
- • Lead for the reorganization of the FR Domestic infeed management
- • Elaboration of linehaul plans for 2 FR integrations project (Toulouse PUD/Ramp and LYON)
