PhD candidate in food science, i will be graduated for December 2017. I am seeking for a position in research and development in the field of food science and chemistry.
During my thesis, i had the great oportunity to fully develop my skills in leadership, project management, research of development as part of my initial position.
Working during my PhD thesis with industrial partner, I used to work in a fast paced environment. Also, i am a result oriented person as well as versatile and well-organized.
Green extraction and fractionation of biomolecules from by-products using novel technology including supercritical fluid extraction and high speed counter current chromatography. Promising results were validated in pilot scale. Quantification of the products using analytical HPLC-UV, spectrophotometry. Technical-economic analysis were also performed in order to validated the industrial feasibility of the selected process.
