- In charge of Intercambio project, conceived to promoted entrepreneurial services with gender equity focus in the Latin America region.
Intercambio, a global project hosted by IPES and run in collaboration with others international and regional partners (as the International Labour Office), became a worldwide reference in the implementation of gender equity approach in Latin America, with a rich platform collecting best practides and innovative initiatives detected.
