Currently, I lead a Product Management team at Amadeus, overseeing strategic digital solutions that enhance support, learning, community, and sales services. Recently, I have been spearheading the introduction of GenAI-powered capabilities, driving innovation in customer engagement, automation, and self-service experiences.
