Coordinator and test equipment designer on Technology Transfer projects as part of the development of a heat-pump factory. Also responsible for Industrial Methods, Maintenance, and Product Management for air-to-water and water-to-water mid-size heat-pumps (100 to 2000 kW), fan-coil units, and thermal energy storage solutions. Scheduling and follow-up of projects, management of a small team, yearly budget establishment, writing of marketing documents, setup of price-lists, and root-cause analysis in connection with the Service department.
