Also responsible for Industrial Methods, Maintenance, and Product Management for air-to-water and water-to-water mid-size heat-pumps (100 to 2000 kW), fan-coil units, and thermal energy storage solutions. Scheduling and follow-up of projects, management of a small team, yearly budget establishment, writing of marketing documents, setup of price-lists, and root-cause analysis in connection with the Service department.

Site agent on a building site, 12000 square meters project, budget around 15M euros, commissioned by the Société Foncière Lyonnaise. Scheduling of the project, work planning and management of interactions with occupants.

During 21 months, site agent and main consulting engineer on a building site, 25000 square meters project, budget over 45M euros, involving 17 distinct trades, on a Public Contract with the University of Paris VII. Daily management of the site, conduct of meetings, financial management, estimates analysis, planning follow-up and dealing with legal issues.

During 6 months, research work on computational linguistics with the SIGNES team : "Knowledge representation and syntactic analysis". Integration of the lexical knowledge provided by the generative lexicon into the categorial grammars formalism. Published a research report.
