I just finished my business school studies and I am currently looking for a job as a Growth Marketer / Engineer.
Through my internships and freelance gigs, I have had the opportunity to try a wide range of tasks related to growth that involves computer programming (Web scrapping, CRM automations...) as well as more classical ones like Facebook Ads, SEO and emailing.
I would prefer to work in a B2B environment as it allows in my opinion more possibilities (CRM automations, lead scoring, cold emailing...) than B2C when it comes to growth.
Several consulting missions to help startups improving their AARRR metrics. Great diversity in the addressed markets (Health recruitment marketplace, SaaS telephone company, etc ...)
Implementation of scrapers coded in Javascript or Ruby.
Managed Facebook Ads budget (2000€/month)
Created email nurturing sequences.
SEO optimizations (schema, new seo pages, images size...).
Wrote SEO briefs of blog posts.

In charge of remaking the website.
The challenge was to reduce the churn during the onboarding phase while retrieving as much as possible information about leads to qualify them. I used Hotjar to spot pain points in the funnel.
New design of the home page : https://ibb.co/cLv0tR I mainly coded the front-end, a part of the back-end with the CTO and set up new tracking tools like Intercom or Mixpanel.
Technologies used : Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, Javascript ES6, PostgreSQL.
This new website improved the conversion rate from 2% to 15% without changing marketing targeting thanks to a better UX.
