"The only constant is change" is an idiom I firmly believe in. This is especially true in modern web technologies. Ongoing research and analysis of frameworks, patterns, and best practices are an absolute must. Without this, skills, decision making abilities, and relevancy will deteriorate rapidly.
In both of my development and leadership styles, staying agile and responsive are of utmost importance. I prefer iterative development cycles which allow me to focus on ensuring the product is of the highest quality and continuously improving on what is already existing.
In this Management Skills training course, we learned the management skills and leadership competencies relevant for today’s challenges. Learned to lead with vision, motivate and empower with passion, facilitate effective communication, and delegate with clarity to individuals and teams. We were taught a proactive customer-focused approach, enhanced our leadership abilities through emotional intelligence and created a management vision for success.
