"The only constant is change" is an idiom I firmly believe in. This is especially true in modern web technologies. Ongoing research and analysis of frameworks, patterns, and best practices are an absolute must. Without this, skills, decision making abilities, and relevancy will deteriorate rapidly.
In both of my development and leadership styles, staying agile and responsive are of utmost importance. I prefer iterative development cycles which allow me to focus on ensuring the product is of the highest quality and continuously improving on what is already existing.

This course demonstrated how to efficiently use AWS security services to stay secure in the AWS Cloud. The course focused on the security practices that AWS recommends for enhancing the security of your data and systems in the cloud.
In this course, we learned about the most common DevOps patterns to develop, deploy, and maintain applications on the AWS platform.
This course covered the fundamentals of building IT infrastructure on the AWS platform. Students learned how to optimize the AWS Cloud by understanding how AWS services fit into cloud-based solutions.
This five-day course was dedicated to web applications created using Ajax, under the IBM WebSphere Application Server (using the Feature Pack for Web 2.0). In this course, students learned the benefits and architectural features of using Ajax in web applications. This includes JavaScript, XML, web services, REST, JSON, etc.
In this Management Skills training course, we learned the management skills and leadership competencies relevant for today’s challenges. Learned to lead with vision, motivate and empower with passion, facilitate effective communication, and delegate with clarity to individuals and teams. We were taught a proactive customer-focused approach, enhanced our leadership abilities through emotional intelligence and created a management vision for success.
This course is an advanced introduction to the Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) technology. It starts by introducing the concepts and ideal for someone who has never programmed using EJB. The course moves through the advanced concepts students will use to complete large scale EJB based projects.
With this training, we learned to write PL/SQL programs, build stored procedures, design and execute modular applications, and increase the efficiency of data movement
