Managing and coaching Engineering Managers
Foster hiring of new people - 5 people en 2023
Ensure agile methodologies are well used within the teams - coaching when necessary
Build the crew roadmap with the Product Manager, Product Owners and Engineering Managers - ensure this is aligned with other Mobility teams and Leboncoin/Adevinta P&T

While Leboncoin is scaling, we create more and more feature teams requiring seasoned tech managers in pair with product owners
Manage 8 people, with different skills (backend, frontend, apps developers, and QA)

Create every condition for good collaboration with other feature teams (60)
