  • Since 2013: head of an international cooperation mission with Southeast Asian institutions on behalf of the French Ministry of Social Affairs and Health as part of bilateral cooperation. Auditing and assessment of accounts and balance sheets, HR and finance/accounting training and coaching delivered to management teams and heads of department
  • 2015 – 2016: coordination of two international meetings of hospital managers and chief physicians in Southeast Asian public health institutions focusing on crisis management and new ways of organizing management of patients in surgery based on models developed by the Hospices Civils de Lyon (HCL) (fast track, rapid recovery surgery)
  • 2015: head of the psychiatric hospital delegation for the 6th journées franco-guinéennes de médecine event in partnership with the Hospices Civils de Lyon, 10 to 14 May 2015. Talk on crisis management and on-site auditing of post-traumatic management of EBOLA
  • 2016: winner of the 2016 Request for Proposals on International Hospital Cooperation (APCHI) issued by the French Ministry of Social Affairs and Health – commissioned to manage multi-annual cooperation in West Africa with a view to structuring the discipline of psychiatry in this country. Set-up and management of a multidisciplinary French team sent to Africa (October 2016), management of relations with local government and diplomatic authorities
