Main tasks as IT Recruiter :
Analyze the requests and needs of the clients;
Understanding the clients' needs;
Writing of job description;;
Creation of Job-offer pictures (with canva.com);
Job-offer posting;
Sourcing of candidates (via social networks and job boards) ;
First contacts with candidates, phone screening;
Face-to-face and phone or skype interviews (Fr/Eng);
Reporting to the business manager;
Contract, salary negotiation;
Follow-up of the consultants within the company;
Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and the candidate pipeline;
Understanding of the technological environment of EU Institutions.
