  • Created an onboarding program that spans over (45) days from pre-hiring, including a number of highly organized orientation activities over (5) phases.
  • Developed performance appraisal forms based on predefined criteria, along with a performance appraisal guide showing process procedures, and an online tool to collect and analyze results.
