Head of the infrastructure team for Teads
Team re-building, leading and structuring

Scale / tech side:
- 2500 instances on AWS
- 15 milion HTTP RPM
- 200 Cassandra nodes
- 200 Kafka nodes

- Migrated and shutdown of all physical infrastructure
- Built a third operating region in APAC on AWS
- Automated all Kafka and Cassandra common tasks
- Closely monitored costs as business grew 60% YoY
- Re-built on-duty team to make it scale
- Built a tool to simplify deployments
- Terraformed all legacy infrastructure
- Spoke nationally and Internationally about our processes and tools
- Managed the budget and our many suppliers
