Support to the Head Of • Continuously worked on improving safety and efficiency of flight operations with recognised creative inputs. • Led feasibility studies and implemented new technical and organisational solutions. • In charge of preparing the biannual airspace meeting presentation organised with Airbus top management and Chinese officials (Military, Air Traffic Management, Air Traffic test controllers).
Daily technical support to the pilots, FTEs, GTEs and dispatchers • Focal point for logistics, update and troubleshooting of the embedded EVRC flight test equipments (COCOTO, EFB, IPAD, ELT…). • Technical follow-up of the flight test infrastructures (VHF/HF radio station, antennas…) and set-up of new solutions (IPAD server, VoIP…).
Focal point for On-ground operations safety issues • Complete follow-up of incident reports. • Strong contribution to the writing of procedures as to improve local processes. • Coordination with Tianjin and Toulouse Fire Departments in order to enable Tianjin Fire Brigade to improve their aircraft knowledge and operational procedures.
Follow-up of technical repetitive issues.
Immersed in a multinational/multicultural context. Daily coordination with Flight Line, Delivery team, MAP, Quality, Fire brigade… in Tianjin and Europe.
