During this internship I was assisting the Director of Revenue for two properties owned by Majid Al-Futtaim: Pullman Hotel (317 rooms) and Pullman Residence (133 apartments)
Define and update the rates for Hotel and Residence
Analyze the business to give recommendations
Provide all the daily, weekly and monthly reports
Elaborate new tools to optimize our forecast, ideal mix, pricing, channels, fences, etc.
