Qualitative research for the Institut de l'Homme et de la Technologie and Polytech'Nantes. Creating a means of evaluating and carrying out a transversal diagnostic of the PERLE2 project (a consortium of a dozen regional laboratories) for the Pays de la Loire region (recruitment, productivity, communication, internal collaborative structure). Review of the processes, in the form of an essay, with a series of recommendations aiming to perfect the project's efficiency, with the aim of validating - or not - the current system.
