- Involved in initial set up for the opening of the centre and complete set up of Swim School Program.
- Configuration and design of point of sale software (Xplor Rec)
- Implementing Swim & Survive program
- Promote the swim school program to satisfy customer demand and generate revenue
- Everyday operations of swim school
- Hiring, organising, training and supervising staff, including staff rosters
- Writing Policies and Procedures including Work Instructions.
- Maintain high levels of customer care and handle complaints, as necessary.
- Write monthly reports and prepare cash projections for management.
- Enforce all policies of the centre, and ensure participants ad parent/carers conduct themselves in an orderly manner as per rules, regulations and guidelines that are in place.
