- Involved in initial set up for the opening of the centre and complete set up of Swim School Program.
- Implementing Swim & Survive program for up to 3000 students and Squads program of up to 280 Swimmers.
- Promote the swim school program to satisfy customer demand and generate revenue
- Everyday operations of swim school
- Hiring, organising, training and supervising staff, including drawing up staff rosters for over 60 staff
- Managing both Annette Kellerman & Fanny Durack Aquatic Centre’s Swim Schools In peak season
- Writing Policies and Procedures including Work Instructions.
- Write monthly reports and prepare cash projections for management.
- Duty Centre Management shifts, including supervision of Lifeguards Gym staff, Reception Staff and Swim Instructors
- Maintain high levels of customer care and handle complaints, as necessary.
- Programs and Bookings for school groups and lane hire, Lane allocation for 8 lane 50metre pool & Program pool
- Enforce all policies of the centre, and ensure participants ad parent/carers conduct themselves in an orderly manner as per rules, regulations and guidelines that are in place.
