Graduated with a Wine Tourism Degree from the Faculty of Oenology of Bordeaux, I've had wonderful experiences in three Classified Growth 1855 that made me learn about how to work in luxurious and prestigious estates.
Curious, dynamic, polyvalent and creative ; Freshly back from a long travel in Australia, I'm currently seeking for an opportunity in the development of wine tourism in a wine estate in South of France.

- Stock management : restocking the bar with the different wines listed on the menu and according to the stock and the stock conditions.
- Registering orders and serving wines
- Preparing cheese & delicatessen /or chocolates plates orders
- Hangling payments- using the cashdrawer
- Cleaning the restaurant at the closing.
