Graduated with a Wine Tourism Degree from the Faculty of Oenology of Bordeaux, I've had wonderful experiences in three Classified Growth 1855 that made me learn about how to work in luxurious and prestigious estates.
Curious, dynamic, polyvalent and creative ; Freshly back from a long travel in Australia, I'm currently seeking for an opportunity in the development of wine tourism in a wine estate in South of France.

- Sampling / Ripeness inspections - Technological maturity (refractometer) and phenolic maturity(lab)
- Manual and mechanical harvest / Harvest reception
- Pressing / Yeast addition / Settling for whites.
- Watching and checking the alcoholic fermentation (density and turbitidy measurement, pumping over...)
- Watching disinfection step and sulphites addition
- Assisting in re-bottling and re-packing old vintages.
