10-year experience in acquisition and structured finance through the execution of transactions, as arranger or debt advisor, for the main actors of the Infrastructure sector and across a broad range of asset class including roads, oil and gas storage and distribution networks, universities, stadiums, telecom, IT and real estate.

Originating, structuring and executing greenfield and brownfield infrastructure transactions across a wide range of sectors such as Transport, Renewable Energy, Social Infrastructure, Airport, Oil storage or Telecom in Europe
Sourcing investment opportunities in accordance with the fund/mandate strategy
Execution of investments opportunities including analysing, negotiating and structuring the transactions ; preparing and submitting investment proposals and presenting them to the relevant investment committees ; managing the closing processes
Assisting in oversight of asset management activities including managing risk and performance of assets under portfolio, maximizing asset cash flow, assisting in the production of investors reports
Supporting fund raising for the euro funds strategy and participating in investor meetings
