10-year experience in acquisition and structured finance through the execution of transactions, as arranger or debt advisor, for the main actors of the Infrastructure sector and across a broad range of asset class including roads, oil and gas storage and distribution networks, universities, stadiums, telecom, IT and real estate.

- Managing risk and performance of assets under portfolio and maximizing asset cash flow
- Supporting fund raising for the euro funds strategy and participating in investor meetings
- Assisting in the production of investors reports
- Financial analysis and optimisation
- Development, testing and running of financial and operational models
- Financial optimisation
- Assessment and optimisation of the best financing solutions through a large range of funding sources such as public bonds, private placements or bank debt
- Strategic planning
- Proposals writing
- Work under pressure and tight timeframe
- Communication with financial institutions, lawyers and accountants
- Preparation of investment documents and information memorandum
