  • Led training delivery of around 150+ sessions for 400+ employees across departments throughout the year, (Including leadership trainings such as MDPs - Management Development Programs, SDPs - Supervisory Development Program, Behavioural & Technical Trainings, Awareness Program)
  • On average basis, planning and conducting training sessions for 20 employees on specific topics for classroom trainings.
    And, for virtual sessions minimum 40-50 employees are covered for behavioural trainings & Awareness sessions.
  • Coordinating for 8 to 10 training programs (including Behavioural, Technical & Awareness) on monthly basis as per requirement received through TNIs (Training Need Identification) for one of the Business Units (including 7 plants)
  • Pitched trainings through identified internal trainers for trainings related to Production, Quality, Engineering, SCM, Finance, Sourcing.
    If required, external trainers are approached for the technical or behavioural training program.
  • Delivering behavioural training sessions to employees, such as, mail etiquettes, problem solving, communications skills, conflict management etc.
  • Integrated advanced instructional design principles in company training, enhancing content engagement, and comprehension
  • Orchestrated Learning Management Systems overhaul, fluidly integrating improved tracking and analytics resulting increase in employee compliance
  • Preparing training records and measuring effectiveness of training programs on the basis of Kirk Patrick Model
  • Preparing employee engagement activity calendar and conducting them on monthly basis.
  • Preparation of powerpoint presentations for Business Review Meeting (BRM), Management Review Meeting (MRM) and Functional Review Meeting (FRM).
